LEGAL RECRUITING

The Summer Associate Program is Wickwire Gavin's primary recruitment tool for first-year associate hiring. The program is designed for students who have completed their second year of law school, although the firm considers applications from first-year students as well. Participants in the summer Program are selected from both on-campus interviews and resumes received during the fall recruiting season.

We supplement our recruiting process by interviewing third year law students during the fall on-campus recruiting season and by considering unsolicited resumes from interested third-year candidates. The firm also considers employment applications from both associate and partner-level lateral candidates.
