Recent areas of practice have included public entity franchise agreements, public entity pension plans, class actions and other actions involving public entity employment status, public entity development contracts and other public entity contracts, false claim actions, public entity taxation, inverse condemnation, landslide claims, and constitutional claims against public entities (including First Amendment and equal protection claims).
