Mr. Perloff is an adjunct professor of government contract law at George Mason University School of Law. Prior to joining Wickwire Gavin, P.C. in 1998, Mr. Perloff was a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps assigned to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Chief Counsel's Honors Program.
