• Represents secured creditors in the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of security interests and related agreements.
• Serves as counsel to Chapter 7 and 11 trustees negotiating and overseeing corporate and individual liquidations and restructurings of varying sizes.
• Participates in all phases of informal workouts as well as Chapter 11 reorganizations.
• Has been involved with several foreclosure actions, serving as both trustee and counsel to trust holders.
