Over 30 years of experience in all aspects of bankruptcy law, creditor rights, insolvency problems, and business law. Experience includes:

  • Serving as counsel in some of the largest bankruptcy proceedings in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland;
  • Advising clients on all phases of Chapter 11 reorganizations on both the debtor and creditor sides.
  • Serving as trustee in bankruptcy in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, handling the liquidation of companies of all sizes.
  • Serving as counsel to various Creditor Committees in Chapter 11 cases.
  • Counsel to debtors in numerous Chapter 11 cases.
