- Worked for 14 years as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for major commercial construction contractors in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and Texas. Managed public and private office, urban residential, and institutional projects. Authored and managed numerous CPM schedules.
- Project management experience includes: a convention center for the City of San Antonio, a 600-bed dormitory for the University of Texas at Arlington, a laboratory building for the University of Maryland, and an apartment building for a private developer in Washington, D.C., among several other building, renovation, and interior fit-out projects.
- Experienced in cost and schedule claims preparation and negotiation.
